We provide extra services such as carpet and upholstery shampooing, appliance cleaning, shower/tub facelifts, and window washing. 

Price ranges are listed below. Tax is not included, and the following prices are meant as a guide, not as a final quote. If extra spot cleaning is needed, additional fees may apply.

Shower/Bathtub Facelifts*:

- Bathtub or shower only = $80-$100 depending on soil level
- Shower with tub =  $100-200 depending on soil level
- Shower with glass door = $150-200 depending on soil level

*removing built-up grime and residue, cleaning and/or bleaching grout, and spraying for mold/mildew

Carpet shampooing:

- 1 room = $105
- 2 rooms = $162
- 3 rooms =$215
- 4 rooms = $259
- Each additional room = $58
- Pet hair removal = $50 per room

(For rooms larger than 225 square feet or smaller than 75 square feet, please contact us for a more detailed quote.)

Upholstery shampooing:

- Sofa = $120
- L-shaped sofa = $160
- Love seat/small couch = $80
- Ottoman = $35
- Armchair = $60
- Office chair = $30
- Dining chair = $15 ($10 per for set of four or more)
- Pet hair removal = 50% of shampooing cost per piece

(Not for delicate or sensitive fabrics. 15% discount for 3 or more pieces of furniture, excluding dining chairs. Discount not combinable with other offers.)

Appliance cleaning:

- Oven cleaning = $80-$120 depending on soil level
- Refrigerator cleaning = $90-$120 depending on soil level
- Freezer cleaning = $90-$120 depending on soil level
- Dishwasher cleaning = $40-$60 depending on soil level
- Laundry washing machine cleaning = $40-60 depending on soil level
- Laundry dryer cleaning= $40-60 depending soil level


Window washing:

- Standard-size interior pane only = $3 per pane
- Standard-size window = $5 per pane
- Storm door window = $7 per door
- Large picture window = $12 per pane
- Sliding glass door = $14 per two-pane set
- Tri-fold bay window = $28 per window set
- Track and sill cleaning = $5 per standard-size window

(Note: due to the limitations of our insurance, we can only clean both sides of a window if it is less than 8 feet off the ground or if it folds inside. We apologize for any inconvenience.)

Miscellaneous:

- Light fixture cleaning = $10-$20 depending on type and soil level
- Blinds scrubbing = $20-$40 per set depending on type and soil level
- Door scrubbing = $5-$15 per door depending on soil level
- Baseboard scrubbing (price varies by intensity and room size)
